Adding Blocks


Blocks are used to show extra information on pages, as is often seen in the left or right columns of a page.

1. From your admin panel, go to Administer -> Site building -> Blocks.

2. Next, select the Add block link at the top.

3. On this screen, set a description, title, and body of the new block. You can also customize visibility settings, role blocks, and page specific blocks. Click Save at the bottom when finished.

4. You will be returned to a listing of all the current blocks on your site and have the option to make it active by selecting it’s position. Choose a position from the drop down and click the Save Blocks button at the bottom. The block will now be visible on your site.
