To configure Outlook 2000, please use the following steps:

1. Open Outlook

2. Click Tools

3. Click Email Accounts

4. Select Add a new e-mail account

5. Click Next

6. Select POP3

7. Click Next – User Information

Your Name: The name that appears when your correspondents receive your e-mail

E-mail Address: The e-mail address you are configuring for sending/receiving

Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.webhero.com

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.webhero.com

Username: your email address – example: you@yourdomain.com

Password: the password you created for the e-mail account

Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): leave this box unchecked

Test Settings: do not test settings until all steps have been completed

Click More Settings (or skip to step 8 – see above)

Click the Outgoing Server tab

Check my outgoing server requires authentication

Enter your username and password which is your full email address and password.

Click OK

8. Optionally:

Click More Settings

Click “Advanced” tab

Check “leave a copy of messages on ther server”

Check “delete after X amount of days”

Change the ” X amount of days” to the number of days you wish to leave e-mail on our server for downloading e-mail from two different computers and/or webmail access.

NOTE: each computer must check for messages at least once during the X amount of days period in order for both computers to have all the e-mail. Additionally, webmail will only have access to e-mail that is left on our servers.

Click “OK”

9. Click Next

10. Click Finish
